This rate will be charged for all work that falls outside of your agreement. Unless:
• The work is part of a fixed-fee project
• A senior engineer is required to complete the work

This rate will be charged for work completed by our most skilled engineers on staff. It will only be charged in the following scenarios:
You request a specific Senior Engineer to complete the work
We HAVE to send a Senior Engineer because the technical issue is complicated and requires the experience level of a Senior Engineer

In addition to included, proactive scheduled on-site time, 4 hr. admin visits can be added to any management program and will be invoiced monthly.

Our consulting and professional services team provides fixed-fee scopes of work for services outside of support-related requests.

This rate will be charged for work completed on projects for customers who do not have a management program agreement with StrikeWorks. Work will be completed by our most Senior Engineering resources.

By default, whenever equipment is replaced or taken out of production, we recycle the equipment. The nominal recycling fees vary by geography and product (workstation, laptop, server, etc.). We also track the chain of custody and verify by serial number that your devices have been certified as recycled with a reputable recycling partner.

Trip charges will be applied to on-site visits within a 30-mile radius of our physical offices for monthly agreements less than $2500.

Long-distance charges will be applied to any on-site visit out of state or outside of the agreed-upon service area. The hourly rate starts when travel commences.

A per diem charge will be applied to any on-site visit out of state, overnight, or outside of the agreed-upon service area.

Transportation and lodging expenses (mileage, airplane ticket, hotel room, etc.) for on-site visits out of state or outside of the agreed-upon service area will be invoiced to the customer.
Additional Notes
Minimum billing for remote support is 15 minutes. Additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
Minimum billing for on-site support is 1 hour. Additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
Afterhours planned or emergency service will have a 1.5x multiplier applied to the above rates outside of StrikeWorks’ normal business hours.
